DBT Skills Group — Virtual

Virtual group begins August 4 and runs through September 15 - 12 sessions total.

Sessions are Mondays (excluding 9/1/25) and Thursdays 6 pm - 7 pm.

Teen Support Group

Therapist led support group for teens 14-18 to support one another while learning to implement social, coping, communication, and life skills.

Starts June 11 and runs the entirety of the summer.

Wednesdays 1pm - 2pm — RSVP now required

Parent Support Group

for parents of children who have been sexually abused

Therapist led group discussion offering support and understanding for parents, while learning to implement coping and communication skills.

1st Wednesday of the month 5pm - 6pm — RSVP required
