Shannon is a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Northwestern University, where she is working toward her Master’s degree, expected in March 2027. She views counseling as a collaborative and empowering relationship grounded in advocacy, prevention, development, and overall wellness. Shannon works from an integrative approach to counseling, thoughtfully incorporating a range of theories and techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. She is especially interested in supporting emerging adults and individuals across the lifespan as they navigate personal growth, mental health concerns, and life transitions. Shannon is committed to creating a supportive, affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged in their journey toward self-determination. She looks forward to walking alongside clients as they work toward meaningful goals and lasting well-being.
