Depression
Depression can affect how you think, feel, and experience daily life. It may show up as persistent sadness, loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed, low energy, changes in sleep or appetite, difficulty concentrating, or feelings of hopelessness.
Our therapists provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore what you’re experiencing and begin the process of healing. Treatment may include evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed therapies.
Together, we work to help clients develop coping skills, reconnect with meaning and purpose, and move toward greater emotional balance and well-being.
