Trauma
Trauma can result from a wide range of experiences, including childhood adversity, abuse, violence, loss, or other overwhelming life events. These experiences can impact emotional well-being, relationships, sense of safety, and how the body responds to stress. Individuals who have experienced trauma may struggle with anxiety, intrusive memories, difficulty trusting others, or feeling constantly on alert.
Our therapists provide a safe, supportive space to process these experiences at your own pace. Treatment may include trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients build resilience and move toward healing.
Our goal is to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen coping and regulation skills, and move toward healing, safety, and renewed resilience.
