Group Therapy

All clients begin with an initial intake appointment before starting services. This first session allows us to learn more about your needs, goals, and background so we can match you with the most appropriate care and develop a personalized plan moving forward. We accept a variety of insurance plans and will work with you to review your coverage and help make services as accessible as possible.

Group therapy offers a supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges. Guided by a licensed therapist, group sessions provide space to share experiences, learn new coping skills, and gain insight from both the therapist and fellow group members. Many people find comfort in realizing they are not alone, while also building support, understanding, and personal growth within a safe and respectful community.
