Anxiety
Anxiety can show up in many ways—persistent worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, difficulty sleeping, or feeling constantly on edge. While occasional anxiety is a normal part of life, ongoing anxiety can make it hard to focus, feel present, or enjoy daily activities.
Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to understand the root causes of anxiety and develop practical tools for managing it. Treatment may include evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and other trauma-informed modalities tailored to each individual’s needs.
Our goal is to help clients build coping skills, increase emotional regulation, and regain a sense of calm and confidence in their daily lives.
