Grief
Grief is a natural response to loss, but the experience can feel overwhelming, confusing, and deeply personal. Individuals may experience sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, or difficulty adjusting to life after the loss of a loved one, relationship, or major life change.
Our therapists provide a compassionate space where clients can process their emotions and honor their grief at their own pace. Treatment may include supportive counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and meaning-centered strategies that help individuals navigate the grieving process.
Our goal is to help clients process their loss, develop healthy coping strategies, and gradually find ways to move forward while continuing to honor what was lost.
