Emma is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master of Social Work from St. Ambrose University in 2018 and achieved independent licensure in 2021. She is a Certified Veteran and Military Mental Health Professional, holds a Trauma-Informed Care Microcredential, and is a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy Clinician. Emma is deeply committed to providing warm, compassionate, and client-centered care. She believes therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering — a space where you are heard, respected, and supported at every step. Emma has extensive experience supporting individuals who have experienced difficult or overwhelming life events and are ready to move toward healing and greater emotional stability. Emma integrates evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She also regularly offers DBT skills groups to help clients build practical tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and increasing resilience.
